<p>We received the invite via email thru the local recruiter. It is being hosted by the Tide in Texas.</p>

<p>FYI…the Houston event is being planned and will be in late July or the first weekend in August.</p>

<p>No local alumni group here, guess there won’t be one in Philly. Too bad, there seem to be more and more students coming from around here.</p>

<p>lisa, contact your local recruiter to plan one. Our local recruiter also planned a pizza mixer for the future UA students awhile back. My DD went and met some kids locally that are going to attend UA. They might be able to get the ball rolling. Is there a facebook group for the future UA students from your area? Have your future Bama kiddo plan something at a park or something for all of them. It does not have to be fancy as it seems they are all low key.</p>
