<p>This is my first quarter in freshman year and I got a C+ in my english class (have straight A's otherwise) and I keep thinking that it will come back to haunt me in my college applications. I have never gotten a C before on my report card, and I usually hate myself for getting B's. I know that there are symester grades, so if I get an A in english will colleges ever see the C?</p>
