<p>Assuming that you mean the best overall colleges with a good dance program that could lead to being a professional dancer, the Tisch School at NYU would be one to look at. It’s an audition program. </p>
<p>Whether a school would meet your needs would depend on several things, such as: what type of dance do you wish to pursue (really good ballet programs are rare); do you actually aspire to being a professional dancer, or do you wish to pursue it as a passionate amateur; what are your academic qualifications and needs; are you willing or able to pursue dance class outside of school.</p>
