I was just wondering if majoring in dance and minoring in MT was possible.

I would also like to know how hard it is to get accepted into the Music Theater program. Like what aspect of the audition counts most, is it first voice and then acting and lastly dance, or is it voice and then dance and lastly acting?
Is dance even included in the audition??

Dance isn't included in the audition. I would say that it would be voice first. I don't think you can minor in MT regardless of what your major might be. I do know that some people have taken a double degree in VP and MT but it takes 5 years.

Minoring in MT or dance are not possible at OCU. It’s mostly because dance and MT are already very credit heavy majors. You’ll already be taking approximately 16-18 credit hours minimum in order to graduate within four years.

As for the Music Theater audition, there is not a dance portion and would not count. The entire audition is mostly based on your voice and singing portion. Your acting will count, but ultimately the voice faculty decide.
