If dance awards are listed in Common App already, should a Dance Resume still be uploaded as part of the supplement? (There is a space for uploaded a resume).

I don’t think it’s necessary. I would list Dance as an extracurricular activity and use the space provided to describe the kind of dance and where you performed. For example.
