Could anyone provide any details about how many finalists are flown out on March 28 and of those finalist, how many become Scholars and receive scholarships? Do some finalists receive nothing after spending the weekend interviewing?
I would also love to know!! (although for me it’s the honorary scholars program rather than Danforth)
for honorary scholars they fly in ~7/8 for each of the four divisions. It’s unclear how exactly what they’re scholarship policy is but they will generally at least offer full tuition to their top 4 from each. Don’t know about Danforth.
Last year somewhere between 20 and 30 students were flown out for Danforth and all received some kind of scholarship- not all were full tuition scholarships.
Good luck to all of the finalists! I hope you have a fantastic weekend! Come back and let us know how it went!
