DANGER! Submitting app a few hours before deadline...

Applicants are strongly advised to submit their application at least 24 hours before the deadline. That's because you may discover an issue you need help with, or discover the college requires you to submit your payment or yoiur supplement before you can submit your app to them.

If you run into a problem and need help or need to do more work, there may not be time if you wait until the last minute. Submit your Dec 31 and Jan 1 apps by Dec 30th, and have a stress-free new year....

Bump to the top.

This is very true. Also, many applicants wait till the last few hours to apply, which in some cases may lead to unresponsive servers (at least on non common app schools).

i agree :)

Bump to the Top.

Bump to the bottom…

…well, that backfired

Bump to the Top.

Well, the UC system improved greatly from the last couple years by not crashing a week before the actual deadline, so that was nice
I would agree and still be weary about common app just to be on the safe side!

I’m sorry but what do you mean by submit payment by? Does the school actually have to receive the money before you can turn in your app?
