Darkrooms?

this is like my 3rd time posting so i might as well give up, but does anyone know if students can use the darkrooms at the broad arts center without being an art major? and does anyone know if theres another darkroom for regular ucla students to use?

Try contacting the person @ the bottom of the page.

supposedly, it's only for art students because when i went on a tour, they said we needed to take the photo class before we can even use the darkrooms. so i don't think other majors can use it because only art students have access to the photo classes..

Well I'm sure that if anyone had any experience or knew anything about it, you would get an answer after the 1st time. It is quite a niche. Probably 0.001% of UCLA students even care for a darkroom...

already tried contacting the person, twice :( no hope there i suppose...

but the darkroom is sooo cooooooooooool

yeah darkrooms are very cool.. too bad they only give access to them to the art majors

Try registering for the darkroom photography class. See if you can get the instructor or person's contact information from that notice or from UCLA Recreation.
