@barvoets, I attached a resume along with current year courses that I took, since our school transcript didn’t fit in well with the given blanks for that.

@magentaturtle, Maybe it can come out at 12:00 am sharp on Monday. It really should start coming out though…

@399052, I know, isn’t it so hilarious? I’m not sure if that means a lot of Koreans applied this year, or only the Koreans are freaking out on CC ;)

I was worried about giving them too much to read, I ended up deciding against sending my resume (because all the important stuff was on my common app) and a research abstract, because it didn’t seem too important.

If i get deferred I might send another essay and a research abstract of this research i just did at a local pharmacy school. However, I’m worried about irritating some admissons officers by giving them more too read

Well, I don’t think attaching a resume is pretentious if you have a lot of good information to provide. There just needs to be a limit at some point.

For my school, our guidance counselor made resumes almost mandatory, so I never really thought about it that way. Well, too late to change anything now, I guess…

Uhh late response lol I applied undecided. (My parents complained that only like 5% of the accepted applicants are undecided and said this will be one of the reason I don’t get in…)

I think the discussion kinda moved off this topic already but I just had to mention I’m Korean too! Except I live in California haha but still but I really hope decisions come out soon. I keep having mini panic attacks and can’t sleep because of the anticipation!

it would be so amazing if we all got in-one can hope-and I actually got to meet all of you fantastic people. A part of me wants to get excited for next year but I know it’ll only make whatever happens even more heartbreaking so I’m trying to expect the worst but hope for the best

If we all get in, we just might meet each other in the KSA!! lol though you’re right, better not get hopes up yet.

But seriously, when is the notification mail coming? It’s already 3 am EST, Monday. It’s unusual of them to send out mails so late… I guess it’s too early to judge, but if no mails come within today then maybe dates were really pushed after all.

@careld I bet the admissions office sends out its stuff during its work hours - you know, 9am to 4~5pm-ish - though I’m not positive I can’t stop refreshing my homescreen either! and nice to meet all you Koreans as well as everyone else I totally agree with @bubbles : expect the worst and hope for the best.

@tristanpetit I applied undecided, too, but I bet there are a lot of engineering majors out there :)
