Thanks, Canadian112!
And on the subject of being able to say what I want to say too before the results tomorrow:
Congratulations to everyone who got in! Dartmouth’s an amazing place you deserved to get into, you earned it, and you will enjoy four (or more) years there
For those of you who didn’t get in, you WILL find the right place for you and will end up at the place you are meant to be, and you will do amazing things!
You’re all amazing; Dartmouth applicants are the best!

@miceman, Thanks. I really hope all of us can get in!

On the same note, I want to say to those of us who do get in tomorrow:
Congratulations! You truly deserve that spot for all the hard work you put in throughout high school. Now you can take a deep breath, destroy all those applications for RD, and enjoy the rest of senior year in peace. Of course, after that you’re going to have four more wonderful years - in Dartmouth!! I wish you a wonderful college life :)

And to those of us who don’t get in, life won’t end. We’ll all get into good colleges, and have successful lives after that.

To everyone, it’s been really nice talking to you all. This thread is one of the best I saw in CC, and you guys all rock. Hope we all get to see each other in Hanover next year!!

Can everyone continue the posting of SAT/ACT scores next to the ED applicant list? I think that is a good idea.

Do you want breakdowns? SAT Subject tests?

For me Dartmouth is a strecth, so since I will most likely not get in, I want to say congratulations to everyone who will. Enjoy your four years up there and know you did it with hard work.

@tristanpetit,

Don’t lose faith in your ability. Even if you don’t end up at Dartmouth, you will find a place that will bring out the best in you. Probably not the word you want to hear, for I wouldn’t want to hear these words either, but it certainly does hold value.

tristanpetit, don’t give up hope just because it is a stretch. I think I can speak on behalf of everyone here that Dartmouth is a stretch for all of us-it is an ivy league school after all. None of us can be sure one way or the other about tommorrow, but I can honestly say that one of the best things I did was to apply for Early Decision and show them that I would truly love to go to Dartmouth given the chance.

I’ve reached a bliss now. Whatever happens tommorrow, happens.

I kind of want to stay up to 12 just to see if there’s a chance it comes up :D

@barvoets, I keep panicking the more the time comes closer.

I’m not that panicky right now for some reason. Perhaps, I’m finally coming to terms with the fact that I won’t be able to change my the admission office’s decision.

harvardmum, i’m an international school student from Hong Kong :)

Me too, I’m losing touch with reality lol.

But about the applicant thread, maybe we should stop posting scores? We’ll have a lot of time for that later. Let’s stop thinking about scores and stuff, at least for the timebeing :)

I’m not that panicky either, magentaturtle.
Best of luck everybody I know we will all be happy wherever we end up!
