Wow the date is wayy too close :((

Really? I say it’s way too far.

@AllyZieMage I totally agree.

Does the College care about how many people are interested in a particular major, or they don’t select on the basis of that?

Hi, I’m an international student from Italy (currently studying in Illinois).
I’m applying ED :)

One minute I think I might actually get in and the next I think I should register at the nearest community college ASAP … this is so torturous!

Here’s a random thought that may or may not be a good idea: if any of us get in, we should meet up on campus next year and be like “remember back in December when we were all going crazy over waiting?”

That would be really cool… Assuming we get in! I cannot get my mind off of Friday. Are you all going to post your result here?

Yea, no matter if accepted or denied.

It just hurts to think that they had probably thrown out my application in the first round

No… Don’t think that! You’ll be fine. Positive thoughts :)

Someone should make an official results thread for Friday! Scary to think that’s only 2 days and 20 hours away…not that I’m counting or anything

ahh can’t handle it!
anyone else getting any other early notifications this weekend?
I did EA to Univ of Vermont and UVA. (although i think UVA weirdly comes in january)

67 hours until judgement hour.

@bscotti I EA’ed UVM too! Are you in the Northeast? I think those decisions come out on the 16th, right?

Great. Now we have two ED Result threads this never ends well

@bscotti @icepierre I also did UVM EA and found out I got in a couple of weeks ago! Just waiting for potential scholarship info now, which I think comes out on the 16th along with the non-rolling EA decisions. Dartmouth will be the real moment of truth though haha. Is it frowned upon to just sleep all day every day until Friday? Because that’s what I feel like doing…can’t stand this anticipation!!

Congrats @justkt9314! I’m hoping for a scholarship of sorts too That’s been drowned out by waiting for Dartmouth though. I cannot wait any longer. The worst part is seeing other people get acceptances at other colleges. Even though I’m happy for them, it increases my own anxiety.

Thanks @icepierre! I feel exactly the same way though. I have three friends who applied to Brown ED who find out on Thursday, and it’s making me ten times more anxious already. I can’t imagine I’ll be getting any sleep on Thursday night :(

Let’s use the results thread with the title that is not capitalized. This is how each class has presented itself in the past to CC’ers in the future.
