Can’t wait
Received an email about RD release date. Do they send that to everyone?
@jen2016 Yes
Does anyone know when spring revisits day are? Are ED accepted students invited?
Dimensions at Dartmouth are for students admitted during RD.
In the past ED students were welcomed to attend but they were responsible for setting up their travel and accommodations while in Hanover. You will not receive any financial assistance to attend. Meaning you arranged your own transportation, find a hotel, etc. do you have a friend or sibling at Dartmouth that you can stay with? Will you be able to make your own reservations? If yes, then contact admissions.
Thanks, @sybbie719. Actually just hoping DS gets in RD. Trying to figure out when the days are for planning purposes. Thought maybe the ED folks would know.
ED students unfortunately are not invited to Dimensions:(
They usually correlate to the days that students are off for Easte/spring break. Last year it was around April 17. It will be on of the first things that you will receive in your acceptance letter ( if you did not receive a likely letter) if you receive any need based aid the school will assist your so with travel to Hanover

I can’t seem to log into the portal. They want a temporary pin that they refuse to actually send me in the email, but it’s not worth it anyway. No way I got in. Congrats to everyone else.
Daughter waitlisted. Apparently, some years dozens are accepted from the waitlist and some years none. This year there seems to be a much larger number of waitlisted applicants for many other schools (UCBerkeley, NYU, Brown). I have told my daughter to consider it a no and move on but D was her first choice. She has some terrific other options with merit aid and Global Scholar cohorts. Is it worth her adding a visit to D and trying to get a face-to-face meeting with Admissions while looking at her next 2 or 3 schools? She is on a D coach’s select list for a sport already but not sure if that matters. Anyway, congrats to all that got accepted!
Accepted! I was so pleased to open the package they mailed me-- did everyone get a handwritten note from the admissions officer? None of my other schools had that and I was pleasantly surprised. Guess it’s possible because Dartmouth is so small. Excited to go!
