GPA UW- 3.7 (low, I know. I didn’t start caring for my grades until sophomore year so I was like mid 80s (out of 100) all throughout freshman year but I’m still a junior so I have a chance of raising it slightly still)
SAT - 2250 (working on getting it higher)
ACT - 31
Extra Curricular - Business Honor Society, Treasurer of Business Honor Society, English Honor Society, Italian Honor Society, National Honor Society, Pre-Med club, Model Congress club (sort of a debate team), 100+ volunteer hours at my town’s hospital, Girl Scouts and I’ve worked as a sort of intern on a political campaign.
I haven’t taken subject tests yet
College Classes - AP English (two years of that), AP United States History, AP US Government, AP Stats, AP Biology, Italian credits that process through Adelphi and business credits that process through CW I think it is.
And I’ve gotten 4s and 5s on my AP exams so far

What are my chances for early decision for Dartmouth?

I think your chances are quite low because of your ec’s. Colleges don’t care one bit about honor societies, and the ones that seem to be relevant on your list I question the involvement. It doesn’t really seem like you have done that much in that regard.
