But then why would the CSS profile say that financial aid packages are coming out on the 15th?
they write that just because that is mid December. Brown has the same thing but their results are coming on the 17th. Under the description on the CSS profile it says approximate date

Is it a bad sign if my financial aid was only download on 11/23 and not downloaded again in December like some people?
Mine is 11/23 too. I’m trying not to speculate.
I know for other colleges, some of the kids with similar portals and changes in date were waitlisted but I’m hoping it doesn’t mean too much too

I just noticed that my financial aid documents were re-downloaded yesterday 12-13 and today. Dartmouth also sent me both a generic email requesting financial aid info and a personal one asking if my sibling was biological and also a child of my Non-Custodial Parent. I am absolutely NOT getting my hopes up since I have no clue what any of this means, but if any of you have insight, it would be greatly appreciated in these final anxiety ridden days.

It’s definitely a good sign. Even my financial docs got redownloaded last week. That just means they’re still considering us, and we are probably being finalized on. Are you international? I am!
My financial materials were also changed to 12/13, though I didn’t receive any emails from the financial aid office. Not sure if this means anything but I guess we’ll find out tomorrow!
No, I am a domestic applicant. I’m not sure if these actions by the Financial Aid Office hold varied significance based on whether you are international or domestic.
