Chances at Dartmouth ED, Middlebury, Tufts, Georgetown?
Should I retake my SAT?
Can anyone recommend safety schools? Am looking for the same type of thing - small New England LAC's.

Where in NJ are you from? I think u do have a chance at dartmouth if u go ed. Tufts would also probably accept you. I dunno about georgetown

retaking your SAT isn
t really that necessary, cosidering that you did already and made a good improvement. i looked into a different thread and it said that the SAT average at dartmouth is about 1460. i guess your chances at dartmouth are as good as anybody
s.

idk about safeties. but look at amherst and williams if ur looking at dartmouth, also maybe bates and bowdoin. if you really want a safety i would look at union college- they would give u a good scholarship and honors program and u could be recognized bc its a small school and u would most likely be top of class.

Thanks - I've got no shortage of match/reaches, I looked at Williams (visited) and liked it but I'm looking to major in languages and wasn't impressed with its offerings there.

fifawcs, I'm in Morris County in northwestern NJ. Are you from Jersey too?

no need to retake SAT

you are very competitive at those schools, i would not be at all surprised if you got accepted into all of them.
