Dartmouth good for?

Is Dartmouth a good college to go to for business/science (medicine)? I'm in a dilemma whether to apply to UPenn (LSM major, a perfect combination of business and medicine run by Roy Vagelos) or pursuing something the same type of thing @ Dartmouth. I really like Dartmouth much more than UPenn in terms of area, campus, and size but penn really seems to have a major tailored to my needs. Is there anything comperable to LSM at Dartmouth? BTW, here's a link to LSM (Life Sciences and Management at the University of Pennsylvania)

Dartmouth has a program where they allow sophomores to apply to the D Med School w/o MCATs and get accepted, provided they promise to attend upon graduation. Otherwise, my interviewer told me, having gone to D means you’ll probably end up at a great med school.

You can also modify your major at Dartmouth with other things (e.g. engineering modified with economics). I don’t think we have either a business or medicine major, though.

Dartmouth does have this program - which is not the same as the UPenn program but allows students who gain admission to it similar opportunities:

You have to choose an area of concentration in biology and economics. If you do study biology, you can concentrate on human biology. In econ, you can choose to concentrate in money and finance so essentially you’re learning almost the same material as you would as a pre-med or business major at another school. Remember that if you go on to get an MD or MBA, it doesn’t make a difference what your major was especially because you’ll be learning the material again.
