Thanks -_- haha! Well it kinda counts as additional material right? They look at additional material… right…?..

@Rishav
Well I just sent an email… hopefully I get a reply back soon, but yea, I will start recording a few things and working out what I should include to show the variety of what I can play (classical all the way to Metal with a little percussion mixed into the playing)

@Quiver
oh ok, well hope it is a well written peer evaluation Mine was done by a friend of mine who apart from being very similar to me in a couple of ways, we have spent tons of time doing all sorts (same sort of classes, kite surfing, swimming competitions, talking, clubbing… Very good friend - and she writes well too )

@MRU wow!! Same kind of friend here as well!!:)

@Quiver
Only thing that worried me though was that we were only at school together for 3 years, and the past two years I haven’t been at school with her. But I did realise that the fact that I saw her often when I came back (especially when kite surfing and clubbing) that she was the perfect person to write it!

Oh and guys… obviously not bragging or anything (just really happy/excited) I made it into one of the South African Newspapers for my A Level results!! First time in the papers sadly… and I still think that compared to my sister, who was in the papers a couple of times, this isn’t that major… but its cool
Sorry for that… had to get it out since I just found out :D

@Raith
You’re welcome Yea, it counts as additional material.
Congratulations
Why are you on the newspaper for your A level results? :D

@Sunny
Thanks
Not sure, trying to see if I can find the article online, but I can’t it is probably because my school is one of the top/the top in SA for A Levels, the top four were the first four in South Africa to sit the most challenging maths course A Levels offers, and I got the 2nd best results (taking top three subjects… A, A, A)… but I’m still trying to find what the article says

@Raith
I looked online as well because I am curious
Did you attend Northfields International High School? That’s the only thing Google found :D

@Raith
btw, your grades are amazing! :)

@Sunny
haha yea I did it would find things with my South African school (St john’s)… but still trying to find the article if it is even online :D

Thanks the rest aren’t great though But thanks 2nd in my class :)

@Raith, did you top your A levels??
I got mentioned in the local newspaper quite a few times,(basketball/soccer/cricket tournament results)!! :p

The friend who wrote my peer evaluation has known me for the last two years only!! I could have asked friends from my previous school - but then for the sake of simplicity, I asked this friend to write it!! It turned out pretty good! :)

Ohh Congratulations!! @Raith

@Rishav
Well I was among the top in South Africa for my A Levels… we will see if I topped any subjects when they announce those details… 2nd in my school by symbols… not sure about actual percentages (as my maths and physics should both be around 95%… my chem will be around high 70 to mid 80’s)… we will see
I’ve been announced in newsletters from school etc, but not a newspaper…

If it turned out well then there shouldn’t be much of a problem hey :)

Sometimes, I leave this thread for 2m and voila! there are 10 posts in between!! :p

And ^ that is MAJOR!! Congratulations, send an update to all your colleges!! :D

@Rishav
Well they should be getting my results from my counsellor, and I will update them soon - hopefully when I get the percentages… after all an A* can be 90% and 100% and 98% looks much better than 90%… right? ← though I am still being VERY hopeful here :P

haha thanks
and since I sit on here while I do other stuff… yes… you will see replies really quickly (from me at least) :D

@Raith
I hope my final examinations will look as well as yours
Good luck that you will receive your 98% :)

@Sunny
I don’t think I got a 98% I just wish I did haha only mark that will be close will be my maths (I think it will be above 95%)…
I hope so too! It would be awesome to put a face to the name plus, if I have something wrong with my brain I can just go to you… right? :D

@Raith
Maybe you got one!
That would be great
Sure you can. ;D If I don’t choose a completely different major, who knows? :D
