<p>Well I have been recieving a number of mails from dartmouth and have been reading their blogs. Earlier dartmouth was on my list but somewhere down towards the bottom. But now I am pleased to say that it is now one the colleges I would love to spend my 4 yrs at. I am considering applying ED :)</p>

<p>Jonathan1: Almost everything! I will be majoring in Mech. Engg. I have been reading about Dartmouth on the forums. And I must say I am clearly impressed. I would choose dartmouth over other Ivies, without a doubt.</p>

<p>Ok if you are going to ask why the hell is 63 a B, sorry I cant help it its the Indian system.Marking is kind of harsh here the passing marks are around 33.</p>
<p>I have an avg of 2250 on SAT practice tests now. Lets see what happens on the real one....</p>

<p>I had participated in Nasa student involvement program but the certificate got lost on its way, indian postal system rocks!, and now NASA has discontinued the project due to budget cuts. Should i tell this? or will they consider I am lying about it? I have no proof.....except a pair of space shuttle cuff links they sent me!!!</p>
<p>Lastly I have my own Linux Distro should I send along a CD?</p>

<p>Oh you are from India !! I am too , and I am going there this fall. Its nice that you thinking of doing ED . I think you will have a very good chance of getting in. But I hope you understand that applying ED means that you are "choosing" Dartmouth over other schools and that if you get in the process ends there.</p>
<p>..yeahh ed can REALLY backfire. In retrospect, i didnt decide on my first choice till...well i still havent decided to be honest.</p>

<p>Does Dartmouth offer any Modern Greek courses? I'd really like to learn the language, but I can't seem to find any classes on it at Dartmouth, only Classical Greek.</p>
<p>Currently, there is one course in Modern Greek offered ... Classics 11, called "Modern Greek I" ... it cannot be used towards the foreign language requirement.</p>
