Dartmouth or Brown?

Okay, so I hoped to get into one of these schools. They were tied for number one on my list. I have never visited Brown yet, but I am next week finally. I love what the college has to offer me but I also love Dartmouth. (I visited this past summer)

I plan to study history? (Def. going to change haha) And I want to be pre-law. (Might change too :) )

Can anyone/current undergrads/ppl who made the same decision...help me?

Thanks :)

Haha I’m in the same position! I’m studying microbio though. So yes… I second this question :)

I don’t have time to write a lot right now, but there are many reasons to choose Dartmouth over Brown.

If any of you have pre-professional interests (you want to go to Law School/Med School/Business School) you would choose Dartmouth hands down.

But, there are many more things to take into account such as enjoying your next four years. Go to Dimensions, and go to Brown’s accepted students weekend.

As a history major who graduated last year, I can tell you that Dartmouth’s history department is excellent. Fantastic professors, good class offerings, etc. I was very happy with my major. Do you know what area of history you are interested in?

^ I’m not sure yet. I’m still exploring.
Dartmouth’s looking good. I am going to ADOCH and I’m visiting Dartmouth again over SB since I cannot go to Dimensions.

There was another thread about this… i suggest dartmouth

i know i posted it on both brown and dartmouth boards
