<p>The Peer Evaluation is required, though you can probably find students who were admitted without it. </p>
<p>Your peer can email the completed PDF to <a href=“mailto:Admissions.Office@Dartmouth.edu”>Admissions.Office@Dartmouth.edu</a> with “Peer Eval” in the Subject line of the email.</p>

<p>As for preventing you from submitting your own: a) if the style is that similar to your essay, it’d be obvious and b) I think its probably harder to provide a convincing third party perspective on yourself than you think.</p>
