it says they are in the final stages of decision making and they'll notify me soon</p>
<p>Last year people got online decisions on the first monday of may (which was May 2nd last year) so there's a chance we might find out tomorrow- May 1st!!!!!!!! or, if they notify May 2nd again then maybe Tuesday! Good luck!</p>
<p>I'm waiting for Dartmouth as well, but I fear there are too many strong applicants for just 30 spots.</p>

<p>i only applied to dartmouth. i had other schools apps lined up, but after careful deliberation, i decided that despite the problems i have here, the only other school that would make me happier was dartmouth.</p>
<p>true gibberish, i know i know what you mean. last years slaughter was pretty bad. But this year it's even worst, with the acceptance rate dropping and applicants like iplayoboe from Macalester, my hopes of getting Dartmouth is fading.... I have just aged 2 years waiting for the decision :(</p>

I don't think I'll get in but I just want to know already... if I don't get in I applied to a couple more places too so I'm hoping I at least get in somewhere but Dartmouth would be really nice! midnight or close of business?
this is another example of the central time zone rockin out.
tv show times are more convienent, calling home (eastern time) is easier, and midnight happens an hour earlier.
flying back out here i gain an hour, so basically get to sleep more at home before a flight and still land at a reasonable hour.
but flying home is stinky, i lose an hour.</p>
<p>I'm guessing 5pm EST on Monday. I'm in Hawaii so that's like 11am tomorrow! yay! I hope they go up tomorrow, that would be so cool.</p>

plus the contact email is not my school email so i dont check it all the time and wouldnt know if Dartmouth sent out an email. </p>
