Dartmouth undergrad = Wharton undergrad?

I have narrowed my choices down to Dartmouth and Wharton undergrad. I am going to visit both during the admitted student programs, but I don't know how I will be able to decide. I have read over a lot of the posts here and I know there has been previous discussion on the pros and cons of undergrad econ/other major vs. undergrad business. I have begun to think that trying to decide which one of these two high quality programs is stronger is only a matter of opinion, and both would serve me equally well in the future. Any thoughts?

You will have a successful career and a happy life regardless of which school you choose. It is pretty impressive that you got into those schools.

Both schools are very good, but my personal bias leads me to believe that wharton is better if you want to go into business. It’s not that Dartmouth isn’t a great school with an amazing business program, but Wharton offers several advantages that Dartmouth will have a hard time matching. Wharton has ranked consistently as the number one undergrad B school in the country (possibly world?) and it’s location offers great chances for internships with financials. I also know for a fact that some companies treat undergrad Wharton degrees as if they were MBAs or they will try and attract you as an employee by offering to pay for your grad school on top of a normal salary. . .Ive never heard of Dartmouth doing anything like this. I should note though that this is all very slanted since Im attending wharton next year.

wow, this one takes up back. I wonder which school saila chose and graduated from.

Reading Saila’s posts (he/she hasn’t been on this site since 2005), he/she ultimately chose Dartmouth.
