Dartmouth vs Cornell vs Brown

Is Dartmouth strong enough for math and sciences compared to Cornell and Brown?

Hi there new member
from what i have just heard (I got into Dartmouth, Cornell, and HARVARD) actually dartmouth’s foundation for the sciences and mathematics aren’t as strong as Brown’s and DEFINITELY not strong as Cornell. What I do to check how well a university performs in its academics is check the number of nobel laureates and winners in categories ( I don’t care if you say this isn’t a reliable method, it works for me and my friends think it is ingenious too), the last time I checked Cornell was way higher in the number of laureates than Dartmouth, and Brown substancially higher in the fields of science and research, esp. Medicine.
So my advice stick to cornell if you can and Brown if worst comes to worst. I wouldn’t trust Dartmouth with a single penny. As for me I’ll just stick to Harvard (sorry don’t mean to brag).
Well hope this helps.

OP, I would take Harvardlife’s responses with a grain of salt. Just check his her other posts - completely nonsensical inconsistency of claims.

i agree. the facts about dartmouth are totally wrong and this poster has lots of inconsistencies. seems bent on badmouthing dartm. maybe didn’t get in?

harvardfullride was waitlisted at Dartmouth and likely believes that by turning others off of D, he can get in.
