Dartmouth economics major vs. Stern

If you wanna be an i-banker at Goldman NYC office...

What would you choose?

probably equal in terms of recruiting. I would choose stern for location.

Dart........

flglxpst.. stop asking these stupid questions.

I would say recruiting for Goldman from these two schools in particular is probably really close. I would say with these two its more of a preferential choice rather than an academic one because they really are too close to call in my opinion.

Stern if you want location..although academically might want econ. at Dartmouth.

Heh again with the location. It doesn't matter. The alumni base at Dartmouth is stronger than that at NYU. Even your history majors at Dartmouth pull in banking offers easily.

stern is good but not an elite school. it can't be compared to ivies nor other top schools

stern is comparable with other top schools without a doubt. it's not quite an Ivy, but it's so damn good....
