Dartmouth Vs. WUSTL Vs. JHU Vs. Northwestern Vs. Penn Vs. Brown, etc.

I am planning to go to Harvard Medical School or Business (e.g. working at Wall Street, etc). Please give me a sincere advice.

Admitted to: Dartmouth, Northwestern, Washington University in St. Louis, Johns Hopkins University, Notre Dame (Notre Dame Scholar, William F. Reilly Tristee Scholarship), NYU (DDS Program, CAS Scholarship), Swarthmore (Early Write), Grinnell (Trustee Scholarship), Carleton (William Carleton Scholar), Davidson (Full-Ride), Vanderbilt, Emory, Wake Forest (Early Write Merit-based Scholarship Full-Ride), Fordham (Presidential Scholarship), College of William Mary (Murray Scholar: Full-Ride), Macalester (DeWitt Wallace Scholarship), Harvey Mudd, Whitman (Walter Brattain Scholarship), Occidental (Margaret Bundy Scott Scholarship), University of Virginia (Echols Scholar), Case Western Reserve University, University of Californias: UC Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, UC Davis (Regent Scholar: Full-Ride), University of Rochester (Renaissance Scholarship: Full-Ride), etc.

Wait-list: Penn (Wharton), Brown

I call ********…Why would you apply to 30 colleges??? Are you mentally sane???

i call ■■■■■, there’s no way you can get fee waivers at most of these colleges.

no, I am not a ■■■■■. Seriously, I am asking for sincere advice.

If the Echols scholarship is a full ride, then you will have a tough choice between Dartmouth and UVA. Visit both accepted students weekends.

If you would like help and this isn’t flame, I suggest you indicate which schools are offering you a full ride, not just the name of the scholarship. I would go with Dartmouth, but my advice may be different based on which schools are offering you a full ride.

Dart (10 char)

I did a little bit of investigative work and found that jeffrey is not a ■■■■■.

He posted in multiple accepted threads, often posting the actual acceptance letters.

So, assuming that you can afford to pay, Dartmouth is the best school for what you want to do. If money is a factor, I would take a close look at the college of William and Mary, and Davidson which are the best schools you received a full ride to).

I don’t know how you’re going to possibly visit all them, but if you want more specific advice, you should post more of your stats, your interests, your finaid/scholarship amount at each, and how much of a factor money is to you.

Dartmouth or UVA Echols

The first thing you should do is decide which ones you aren’t even going to consider, and immediately inform them so that they can free up $$ and a space for a student who actually wanted to go to that school.

Thank you. I want to study medicine (or maybe Economics but not English literature for sure). I want to go to Harvard Medical School. I heard WUSTL, JHU have the name in the medical science field.
Well, I don’t think my SAT score does not matter any more. But I am not a nerd, in this case, someone who studies all the time, and want to truly enjoy the college life while maintaining straight As(4.0 GPA). Of course, I want to have a nice school name for my resume and self confidence. My life goal is pursuing happiness and thought Harvard would be my place. I like sports, especially soccer. I like partying but not all the time.Thank you all for your understanding that I am not a ■■■■■. :)

of the schools listed, Dartmouth has more matriculation to Harvard Medical- see Reaching the Ivory Tower.

Anyone can provide the grad (including medical) school placement statistics?
