<p>Troy high was in decline years ago and then they split the school into essentially 2 schools…a regular high and “Troy Tech” (a magnet school) which allowed “out of area” kids to go there because it began offering a Science & Technology education.</p>

<p>25 out of 46 total Delaware NMSF students are from one school: Charter School of Wilmington, a public math science magnet.</p>
