<p>its just like high school or any other point in your life. it is only a distraction if you make it one.</p>
<p>Not really. I met my now-fiance in college and we dated from sophomore year on. If anything, we brought each other up rather than cause each other to be distractions. </p>
<p>my son and his now-wife met as undergrads at Emory. They had lots of fun dates, and lots of study dates. They both graduated with highest honors.</p>
