Which of these colleges would be the best for a double major in Math and Economics. Thanks in advance!
Take a look at the course catalogs and schedules to see what junior/senior level math offerings each school has, what junior/senior level economics offerings each school has, and how math-intensive the intermediate micro/macro economics and econometrics courses are.
A typical level of math intensity for intermediate microeconomics is to have a prerequisite of single variable calculus. More math-intensive departments will specify a prerequisite of multivariable calculus. Less math-intensive departments may not have any calculus prerequisite. As someone who wants to major in math as well, you will likely prefer more math intensive economics courses.
For math, Hamilton and Grinnell. For economics, Wesleyan and Hamilton, followed by Colby. For curricular freedom, Grinnell and Hamilton.

@ucbalumnus I have never seen an intermediate micro class with multivariable calc as a prerequisite, how common is that?
Not very common, but does exist. Stanford, Chicago, MIT, some UCs, and a few others offer such courses (sometimes as an option versus less math versions).
