I want to major in zoology or animal behavior when I go to college (I am a senior in HS). I have looked at both the UC Davis and UC Santa Barbara and LOVE both. Now, I haven't applied yet or anything, as the school year hasn't started, but I would like to know which has a better program for my major. I would like to be a zookeeper when I finish college, and I want to know which college would help me better prepare for that. Santa Barbara has always been my dream school, but I have heard that Davis is big for animal sciences.

Not very familiar with UCSB. But I know Davis has an amazing vetrinary program that is pretty hard to get into. Thats probably more related to your zookeeping occupation you’re seeking. It’s an agriculture based school, so lots of working with animals if that helps.
