day before/ morning of the test

the day before the test, besides studying, what should i be doing? A lot of sleep, and eating fish, but what else?

In the morning I heard people should be eating bananas and something with Omega 3, like peanuts and fish. Also, who drinks coffee, five-hour pour, energy drinks, concentration pills, ect? Please describe what you guys would do the morning of the SAT, and do over-the-counter concentration pills really work, or just make you focus on trivial things like the texture of your pencil?

Most people suggest to do what you do on an ordinary day. For example, f you do not normally take concentration pills do not take them on test day.

Just relax and enjoy yourself. Try not to burn out before getting to the actual test…

Bump* This seems to be interesting. I want to hear people’s thoughts.

Should we study the day before the test?

I would say maybe a practice section if you want. There’s no need to cram if you have been prepping.

On Friday I’m doing to do one section from each category. Most likely more… cheers

It can be helpful to do a couple practice problems in the morning before leaving for the testing center to get your brain going, but the main thing is to relax, get plenty of sleep, and eat a good breakfast. You can’t really learn SAT skills in a short period of time anyway, so studying intensely the day before is going to do more harm than good.
