De Anza English requirements help

<p>I'm done with English requirements on IGETC. I just wondering do I need to take English 1B which someone told me is a requirement for Cal. I'm not sure if UCLA and UCSD need me to take it tho. I don't want to take it at UC. BTW, my major is math</p>

Normally, only engineering majors at Cal require English 1B</p>

<p>I think the transfer requirements ewrt 1b and 1c at de anza are for cal engineering,not math.</p>
