<p>Damn. I just got a parking ticket for parking in the De Neve/Dykstra lot DD01 without a parking permit. </p>
<p>I'm not positive, but doesn't the sign i front say that parking permit required from 8 am to 4:30 pm Mondays through Friday? I parked there for about an hour at 6 PM on Friday. </p>
<p>Do you guys think I have any chance for an appeal?</p>
