<p>I wanted a res hall, but I got a triple in De Neve. If i accept the offer and then decide to live else where, do I get the initial payment back? Anyways who else is living in De Neve?</p>

<p>I know someone who is about to graduate UCLA and he informed me that I should get a plaza or suite (he recommended plaza, what you got) because res halls are old and disgusting, even though they are the best place to meet people. He says plazas are good because you share a bathroom with one other person (or two) and the rooms are just like res halls except bigger. Also, they’re newer.</p>
<p>De Neve is probably the nicest plaza, and one of the nicest out of all the dorms.</p>
<p>It is a little less social than the other plazas because of the way the floors are arranged</p>
<p>I would argue Rieber Terrace or Rieber Vista as better because the rooms are newer and larger.</p>
