deadline for accepting offer?

<p>I am an international student who have just received an offer from msu on 5/12. Is it true that I must reply to this offer within four weeks as stated in the welcome brochure? Since this is just my safe choice, I am still waiting for the decision from other university, and of course I would like to keep this back up for as long as possible.</p>

<p>The deadline is May 1. They just ask within 4 weeks so they can get a better idea of who is coming and who’s not. It’s no big deal if you don’t submit it by then.</p>
