<p>Hey, this is my first post here, so please tell me if I'm posting in the right section!</p>
<p>I'm getting an extra recommendation letter from a research mentor to send to all of my Common App schools. I've figured out that I submit this extra letter by just mailing it in to all of my schools, not through the Common App process. Unfortunately, he won't be able to send in the letter until January 2nd, which is a day later than most of my schools' application deadlines.</p>
<p>Would schools still accept a letter postmarked on the 2nd? Would a list of schools that I'm applying to help with this question?</p>
