If a college says the application is due January 5th, does that mean at 11:59 pm or would it be January 4th and 11:59pm?
January 5th- but I wouldn’t push it. Submit that app earlier!
USUALLY it means 11:59 of the 5th… but not necessarily.
Check the website. And go for the earlier date anyway.
