Deadline for National Buckeye + Other scholarships

I notice that Ohio State says that “Applicants who meet the criteria and apply to the university by November 1 will automatically be considered.” Does anyone know whether candidates who apply after that date, say for example, on November 28 :"> might also be considered?

No sorry you missed the EA deadline.

They typically run out of money awarding scholarships to the students who applied before the EA deadline so there just isn’t any left to award to students applying later.
