<p>...I certainly hope they don't expect it on their desk on November 1st... I'm mailing mine tomorrow, so it definitely won't get there ON November 1st.</p>
<p>I mailed mine on Nov 1 last year and I was accepted, so it must be Ok... BE SURE YOU KNOW WHEN THE POST OFFICE CLOSES! My dad drove downtown for me on the 31st to turn in another application b/c the neighborhood office closed at like 4:30 or something crazy and I had no idea.</p>
