DEADLINE QUESTION (stupid one)

<p>Guys, the deadline is january 1st, and in the common app, it says "All application deadlines are as of 11:59pm on the stated deadline day" </p>

<p>so it means january 1st, at 11.59 at night right? </p>

<p>which would mean I have the whole 31st and Jan 1sr (except 1 min) to finish up my last-minute essays....</p>

<p>Please, can someone clear this!!!!</p>

<p>Yeah that's what I take it to mean. If the deadline is Jan 1st, than as long as it is in on the 1st, than you've met the deadline.</p>

<p>And technically you have the whole 31st, Jan 1st, and 59 seconds...just kidding, don't cut it that close lol</p>
