<p>Alright one question about applications for admissions to colleges. Whenever a website or college states the "Deadline for blah blah is _______". Does that mean that the application/ standardized test scores/ transcript/ recommendation have to be THERE by that date or do they have to be POSTMARKED by that date?</p>
