I’m pretty neurotic right now… I got an email from Common App that said I successfully submitted my UPenn app at 9:01 PM.
This link from the Common App says I’m ok:

Am I in the clear or did I have to submit by the school’s time (11:59 PM EST) and not my 11:59 PST?
