<p>Do the deadline dates mean you need to get the app in by the deadline or on the day of the deadline? For example, does a January 1st deadline mean you need to get in your apps before the new year, or by midnight on Jan 1st?</p>
<p>Midnight on Jan 1 would mean Jan 2... </p>
<p>what a Jan 1 deadline means is, Before Dec 31 ends (before New Year)</p>
