I want to transfer to A&M during the spring 2017, but I still have to take 1 more chemistry and physics class. Therefore, I only meet the requirement after the fall 2016. The thing here is that Texas A&M deadline is on October,2016; meaning I still miss some classes if I turn in my transcript on this upcoming October. So, my question is that if it is ok for me to submit the final transcript after getting my final grades which is in December?
