Deadline's Jan 1st, but time?

<p>Can we submit it at any time on the 1st or is the deadline 12 AM January 1st EST?</p>

<p>The deadline is 11:59:59 PM January 1st.
I submitted my ED app at 10:30 PM November 1st.</p>

It’s pretty lame/ bad haha so would appreciate it.</p>
