I am done with all my stuff, meaning applications. I am planning to send them tomorrow to meet my deadline before thanksgiving. If my teacher do not send in their recs and school profile on time, what will happen? (Say they mail them after the deadline has passed)

haha..i just asked pretty much the same question (thread called how stict are deadlines?)..i think pretty much everyone agreed that colleges wouldn't be upset about stuff that was beyond your control as long as you submitted your stuff on time.

Usually, as long as the recs and profile are not too late (say, no more than a few days, postmarked), it is not a problem. If something is outstanding, the colleges will notify you by mail and/or email. You have a little leeway here.

Does it matter if my teachers send the recs in before i send my applications in?

Just send your part on time, and remind the teachers of the deadlines (nicely).

I have the same question!

nope is the answer. :)

Perfect. Actually, I don't see why it would :)
