Deadlines to scheduling an interview?

So for some schools I am applying to (such as Exeter), you need to submit “Part 1” of the gateway system before you can schedule an interview.
Problem is, I am still working on a photography portfolio that I wanted to submit for the additional and multimedia section, but since it is getting quite late, I was wondering if Exeter and schools that use gateway have a deadline to scheduling an interview?

We were able to add multi-media links at the end of the application in Gateway last year, which should not have changed.

I am not aware of a deadline but last year I believe several schools ran out of available time slots. Many schools have a way to submit relevant information directly to the school after the gateway part 1.
