<p>does this mean i have to apply by january 2 to get considered for PSC?? or can i just apply for it before submitting my application? </p>

<p>I have a feeling my high school counselor will only submit my transcript after winter break due to the fact that its next week... so i highly doubt i have time to submit my application to USF before 2012.. </p>

<p>You can ask for a paper copy of your transcript. That’s what I did for 2-3 schools because the registrar didn’t send them right the first time (electronic), so i got them printed, signed, sealed and stamped and mailed them myself and MAGICALLY…they got there within a week (:</p>
