Every school has essentially a deadline of January 1, but I am not sure whether the last day to submit my entire application is Jan. 1 or Dec. 31. And at what hour do the applications close? </p>

<p>Well yeah, at 11:59 actually, but the timer is to 11 to make sure you aren’t late!</p>
