<p>So I'm applying to a school with rolling admissions, and I know that it is beneficial to apply as early as possible. Do the admissions officers start reading my file when I submit my app, or when all of my materials (teacher recs, transcript, etc) get there?</p>
<p>When your folder is complete........ALL required materials have arrived at the school.</p>
