<p>I believe your application along with all supporting documentation such as SAT scores, transcripts etc must be received by then and I would suggest that you call to confirm receipt.</p>
<p>At the very least, do your online application before November 1, and get transcripts, sat scores, and counselor's letter in ASAP. I don't know of anyone who has been refused one of the automatic merit scholarships because they applied after November 1. Those scholarships are there to attract top students, and I don't think there is any limit to how many of these IU gives out.
